International Growth Engineer
We are looking for an International Growth Engineer who will outline our international growth.
- You will develop the strategy for adapting our expertise aimed at meeting the needs of international customers and capitalizing on global market opportunities.
- You lead the strategy for market development abroad, including setting up operational structures and identifying local resources.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders in target markets, identifying their needs and providing customized solutions that align with our expertise.
- You identify potential partners and suppliers who can support us in providing end-to-end engineering services. You work closely with these partners to develop joint value propositions and strengthen our competitive position.
- You conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand the needs and competition in international markets and identify new product opportunities and growth areas.
- You stay abreast of the latest developments in technology and industry trends to identify innovative solutions that add value for our customers.

Education & experience:
Master or Ph.D. with experience in market development in the field of mechatronics and/or precision engineering.
- Thorough knowledge of the products or technologies being developed and how they relate to market demand
- The ability to identify and develop technological solutions that match market trends and needs
- Experience with precision engineering and mechatronics is a strong pro
- Excellent skills in problem-solving
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Effective interfacing with a multidisciplinary team including senior leadership
- Strong questioning, listening, explanation, reasoning and negotiation skills
- Quality focus, customer awareness, and process orientation
- Creative, initiative and vision to continuously improve
- Fluent in Dutch and excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
