Feasibility study
We begin with a brief feasibility study to analyze challenges and assess solutions. By evaluating technical requirements, budget, and timelines, we provide a detailed report with viable options, risk mitigation strategies, and recommendations. This serves as input for informed decision-making.
Concept design
Together, we define the final specifications and present multiple concepts, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages. Using simple models and calculations, we evaluate the high-level specifications of each concept and collaboratively select the most promising one by the end of this phase.
Detailed design
We make a detailed design of the selected concept, focusing on performance and manufacturability. Using FEM analysis and simulations we refine the design. The outcome of this phase is a finalized design and documentation ready for proto-production.
Manufacturing
In the manufacturing phase, we partner with trusted suppliers to bring our designs to life. We handle all discussions and provide detailed guidance to ensure the production meets our standards. By closely monitoring progress, we ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
Qualification & Test
In the qualification and test phase, we assemble the machine or system in-house and conduct thorough testing to ensure it meets all specifications. This step guarantees the performance, reliability, and quality of the final product before delivery.
Onsite installation
We provide end-to-end solutions, including installation and setup. We handle logistics, transportation, and onsite installation for seamless integration. A Supplier Acceptance Test (SAT) will be done on site to proof the machine's performance and functionality.
