Feasibility study

We analyze your challenges and assess solutions across technical requirements, budget and timelines. You receive a detailed report with viable options, risk mitigation strategies and a clear recommendation — a solid basis for informed decision-making.

02 Feasibility study
Concept design

Together we define final specifications and present multiple concepts with their advantages and trade-offs. Using simplified models and calculations we evaluate each concept against your high-level requirements and collaboratively select the most promising direction.

03 Feasibility study
Detailed design

We develop the selected concept into a fully detailed design, optimized for performance and manufacturability. FEM analysis and simulations refine the design until it is ready for production. The phase delivers finalized design documentation ready for manufacturing.

04 Feasibility study
Manufacturing

We partner with trusted suppliers to bring the design to life, handling all discussions and providing detailed guidance throughout production. By closely monitoring progress we ensure quality, cost-efficiency and adherence to timelines.

05 Feasibility study
Qualification & Test

We assemble the machine in-house and conduct thorough testing against all specifications. This step guarantees performance, reliability and quality before delivery — giving you full confidence in what you receive.

06 Feasibility study
Onsite installation

We handle logistics, transportation and onsite installation for seamless integration into your environment. A Supplier Acceptance Test (SAT) is carried out on site to verify the machine’s performance and functionality in your actual operating conditions.
