Build & Test

Built to spec.
Proven to perform.

We assemble your machine in-house, integrate all subsystems and verify performance against your full specification — so you receive a system that has been  validated, not just built.

01.

Assembled in-house

Every machine is built and integrated by our own engineers — full control over quality from first part to final system.

02.

Validated against spec

Performance is verified against your full specification before delivery — no surprises during commissioning.

03.

From FAT to onsite SAT

Factory acceptance testing at our facility, followed by site acceptance testing — your machine is proven at every stage.

What we offer

SERVICES
01
Assembly & integration

We assemble your complete machine in-house, from the mechanics, motion system, electronics, cabling until the software, following controlled build procedures that trace every component to its specification.

Our engineers are involved from the design phase, so they know every detail of the system before it reaches the assembly floor. This continuity avoids the typical gap between design intent and build reality, and means integration issues are caught and resolved early rather than during commissioning at your site.

02
System verification

Before any acceptance test, we run a full internal verification campaign. Every functional requirement is exercised and measured — motion performance, repeatability, thermal behaviour, load capacity and software state machines.

Where applicable we use hardware-in-the-loop setups to validate control software against the real plant before the machine runs at full load. This eliminates the risk of discovering software issues late in the test campaign, when they are most expensive to fix.

03
Factory acceptance testing

The FAT is conducted at our facility with you present. We run the machine through its full operating envelope — all modes, edge cases and safety functions — against the agreed acceptance criteria. Every test result is documented in a formal test report.

After delivery and installation, we perform the site acceptance test at your location. The SAT confirms that transport and installation have not affected machine performance, and that the system meets specification in its operational environment.

Commissioning & handover

Our engineers are onsite for installation and commissioning. We bring up all subsystems in a controlled sequence, tune the control loops in the real environment and verify that the machine performs to specification under production conditions.

Commissioning ends with a structured handover: we walk your operators and maintenance team through the machine, transfer all documentation — including drawings, software, test reports and manuals — and make sure your team is confident running it independently.
