dr. ir. Steven Cappa
DirectorSteven Cappa earned his PhD in Mechatronics and Precision Engineering in 2014 from the University of Leuven. In 2018, driven by his passion and vision, he founded INGENIQS.
He co-authored the book “Air Bearings: Theory, Design and Applications” and is a member of the Dutch Society for Precision Engineering (DSPE). His contributions to advancing EUV technology were acknowledged with a thank-you award from ASML in 2020.
